TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates including specials are subject to availability and may change without notice. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future booking made within three months of the original. There is a minimum stay of two days on all bank holiday weekends and most other weekends during the high season. There is a minimum additional charge of £20.00 per night for 1 person in a double room. Dogs are welcome in some rooms at £5.00 per night. Standard rate rooms cancelled within 24 hours of check in time on the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the full rate, those cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50%. Special, group and discounted rates are fully chargeable when booked and are non-refundable. You may therefore wish to insure against having to cancel.

Check in time is from 3.00pm and check out is by 11.00am.
