Terms and Conditions

All tariffs are subject to change without prior notice. All special offers must be quoted at time of booking and do not apply to existing reservations. During high season and over bank holiday weekends there may be a minimum requirement of a two night stay. A minimum deposit of £25.00 per room will be required at time of booking and is non refundable. Rooms cancelled within 24 hours of check in time on the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the full rate, those cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50%. All wedding and function booking deposits are taken in good faith and are strictly non refundable. You may therefore wish to insure against having to cancel. Smoking in the Hotel is not permitted. Dogs are welcome at the Hotel but must be kept on a lead at all times within the building and grounds and not left unsupervised in the bedroom unless caged. Dogs are allowed in all public areas including the bar but not in the dining areas. A small charge of £5.00 per dog per night will apply. Children sharing their parent’s room will be charged £25.00 per child, per night. Travel Cots are available and charged at £10 per night. All damages and any additional cleaning required to restore a room to serviced condition may be retrospectively charged for. Alcohol brought onto the premises and consumed will be liable to a corkage charge. Property left at the hotel will be forwarded as requested at standard P&P rates plus a £10 handling charge. All parties of 10 or more using the restaurant will be subject to a 5% food and beverage service charge. Amex cards are welcome but are subject to a 4% surcharge.
