Terms and Conditions

All tariffs are subject to change without prior notice. All special offers must be quoted at time of booking and do not apply to existing reservations. All quoted rates agreed on booking cannot be discounted to deals seen after the time of booking. During high season and over bank holiday weekends there may be a minimum requirement of a two night stay. A minimum deposit of £25 per room per night will be required at time of booking and is non-refundable. Rooms cancelled within 24 hours of check in time on the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the full rate, those cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50%. Combe House reserves the right to cancel a reservation up to 5 days prior to arrival, notice given in writing, whilst providing a full refund of any deposit monies paid whilst sourcing alternative similar accommodation in the area. All function, events and restaurant booking deposits are taken in good faith and are strictly non-refundable. If your deposit is for a larger amount, eg a wedding ceremony and reception, you may wish to insure against losses incurred due to cancellation. Smoking in the Hotel is not permitted. Dogs are welcome at the Hotel but must be kept on a lead at all times within the building and grounds and not left unsupervised in the bedroom unless caged. Dogs are allowed in all public areas including the bar but not in the dining areas. A small charge of £15.00 per dog per night will apply. Children sharing their parent’s room will be charged £25.00 per child, per night. Travel Cots are available and charged at £15.00 per night. Early check-in and late check out, (both at noon) is available, subject to availability upon request at £20.00 per room. All stays at Combe House are inclusive of a luxury continental buffet style breakfast, with an additional charge for any cooked items. All of Combe House Hotel’s dinner inclusive packages and offers include an evening dinner allowance of up to £35 per person (please note, this does not apply to third party deals unless stated in their terms and conditions). All damages and any additional cleaning required to restore a room to serviced condition will be retrospectively charged for. Alcohol brought onto the premises and consumed will be liable to a corkage charge. Property left at the hotel will be forwarded as requested at standard P&P rates plus a £10 handling charge. Most major credit and debit cards are welcome, we do not take/use American Express.
